Schwartz Atlantis is a bathroom design project located in a residential area, in a suburb of Berlin, Germany. The client’s desire was to create an intimate, relaxing space for the family in a 22 sqm room. Our concept follows the client’s desire and creates this dark oasis with a big open space that is intimate and elegant at the same time thank’s to the dark therme-like aesthetic. The main element of the bathroom is the white 2 x 2 m elegant Jacuzzi put in contrast with the dark background. The bathroom also has washstands for two and a rain-shower area. The main material used for this approach is a dark marble with accents of the classic calacatta in designated areas that give a noble aesthetic to the whole space.
